The Alleys were dark, like a black hole, sucking up anyone who walked into it. Leaning against the wall of the alleyway was a tall man in a long black coat. He let out a puff of smoke from between his lips and threw the cigarette to the ground.
Normally Titian was left alone for his dark appearance but sometimes he would find someone who just... didn't need to be there. wrong place at the wrong time. Titian was angry, he got rejected by a beautiful girl, and normally nobody rejected him. She wasn't too lucky when he was finished with her.
Looking up he stomped in the cigarette and chuckled softly, then looked over to the side. He had heard footsteps, and he wasn't in a good mood....

Travis pulled out his cellphone from his pocket, it was pretty late. And the light rain wasn't making anything any better. He wasted too much time at the bar, he just wanted to get home. He kept glancing down at his open phone as he tried to shield it away from the falling water to no avail, so he just placed it back in his back pocket. There was nothing waiting for him at his shoddy apartment, except maybe his comfortable bed, but Travis decided to take a small detour in hopes he would get home faster.
The alley was dark, the walls were wet and mucky. Now would be a good time he wished he had the power to fly. Or transport. Now that would be something useful. As he came across a dimly lit area he noticed a tall guy in a black coat. He looked like some sort of FBI agent, and with that the thought of Division One flashed through his mind. There was no use avoiding the guy, so he just tried to walk past him. He had that look on his face like he was just asking for a fight, and Travis just shot him a glance back like 'what the hell do you think you're looking at'. If it was a fight he was itching for, Travis was more then ready.

Titian followed the other man with his eyes, who did this guy think he was? He leaned off the wall and then a crooked smile crossed Titian's face. This guy wanted to fight, the look he gave him showed it. He was a bit hot in this jacket, and even though the sun wasn't out, hell, it was late at night, he pulled a pair of aviator sunglasses off his face and put them into his pocket.
" Your kind of people disgust me... " he said darkly, just sort of staring at him, trying to use the brains the government gave him to his advantage. By the way the man was standing it was a sure sign he wouldn't hesitate to fight.
Too bad Titian would win, shame really, that people had to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. " You think so highly of yourselves, when really, your just small pawns in a plan much bigger than yourselves..."

Travis was ready to pass the guy, but then he decided to speak up to him. He had a bit of a thingyy attitude, what did he mean by 'your kind of people'? Travis did nothing, but he held himself in stance to prepare for any sort of impact. He had no idea who this guy might have been, but he would have been lying if he didn't think he had anything to do with Division One. Who the hell just stands all shady looking in the middle of a dark alley?
He spoke in an unusual way, Travis didn't understand what he was getting at. He clenched his hand into a fist, there was something definitely off about this guy. And Travis didn't like that. It only made him doubt him more. He took one step back and spoke with a half smile, "You wouldn't happen to be from Division One, would you?" The last time he dealt with them ended in tragedy, he lost both his mother and his sister. If this guy was one of them...then he was ready to pounce. Another chance to rid the world of filth, Travis was doing them a favor.

Titian's crooked smile grew when Travis mentioned Division One. Was this guy like him? Or maybe he was different, he knew that people had different powers. After hearing him say Division One he clenched his fists, then relaxed, anger wasn't good when fighting, losing your cool was like asking to lose the fight. Titian wasn't part of Division one, in fact, he loved messing with their heads, considering the things they did to him. Turned him into this.
Titian chuckled again, " To hell with Division One..." he said and paused before taking a step closer, " They are the most... useless people I know, except for your kind of course..." Titian was silent then, the crooked smile still there. By now he figured that the other man was wondering who his kind of people were. When he said that he was referring to normal people, not ones like himself who were on the swing of insanity and swung just a bit off. But now that the man knew about Division One, he knew he wasn't normal either, just a normal person with unusual powers...

He didn't looked confused. He didn't question him. He only smiled. Anyone else what have given him a 'what the hell?' look. He knew what Division One was. This guy was definitely fishy. And this worried Travis. But only a bit, his other half was ready to take him down if such a situation arised.
But then he dissed D1, so maybe he wasn't one of them? Then who was he? Travis didn't care to learn, but he knew this guy was no good. He wondered if he had any powers...he didn't want to be taken by surprise. His creep factor was off the charts though. Travis slightly raised an eyebrow, "Who are you?" He had a feeling this wasn't going to end well.

Titian's crooked smiled faded slowly, turning to an absent line across his face. When he asked who he was he took a step back, he had to be cautious. He didn't want to find his way into a trap. He had had enough of this guy, he was annoying. His crooked smile returned, and he was quiet. " I am just a normal man looking for something to live for is all... " he paused and put his palm up to his face and removed the sunglasses and hat to reveal a very pale face, jet black hair, and deep black eyes. " I'm the worlds worst killer... division ones biggest fear... and I'm going to be your worst nightmare..." he smiled, this guy was one of the pawns, and Titian believed it was his duty to filter out the scum of the world, from the strong. He moved his palm from his face and put his arm out at Travis, his crooked smile growing.
" but, before I make that brain of yours turn into a melting soup, I'd like to know your name, so I can write it down of course..."

Travis held his stiff stance. He wanted to show him he wasn't afraid of anything he might throw his way. The way he spoke though, he sounded like a vagrant. It matched his way of dressing...cold, dark, and mysterious. He was a killer, this wasn't hard to figure out. "Worst nightmare huh?" Travis said jokingly. This guy had to be kidding.
He held his arm out with his palm up and facing Travis. Something bad was going to happen...he could feel it. Travis immediately stepped back and held his ground. It was instinct. He started focusing all of his energy to his arms, if this guy wanted to start something then Travis would fight back. He would be ready, he wasn't going to let anyone get the best of him. Travis clenched his fists and scoffed. "Well, if that's case..." He started. And then he bore his hard stare deep into this 'enemy' that stood before him. And he just smiled back, "It's Travis." His body was pulsating, the force that powered his ability was screaming to be released.

Titian smiled, Travis... he had heard that name before... maybe... once. He pushed those thoughts aside and them concentrated on the wall behind Travis, he would kill him yet, just show Travis what he could do.
He could feel his hand shaking, and he felt another soaring headache coming on. It wasn't long before his entire body was shaking, not violently, but enough to be noticed. He closed his hand into a fist and like glass... the wall behind Travis shattered into little rocks. send bits flying every were. The people inside screamed and ran off, only one man was caught in the explosion. Though it wasn't long before the right side of the large building shuttered, because of the lack of support from the lower wall.
"I'm Titian..." he said softly, " you can call me Ti, if you leave to see me again..." He said and backed away, walking past Travis, he opened his hand again as he walked, almost glided out of the alleyway. "Catch me if you can..."

A strange vibration started to come off the dark man before him. Travis was so focused on that that he didn't notice when he closed his hand into a fist. He did notice however, or feel, a loud crash behind him. Travis jumped in shock and stumbled forward, the wall that stood behind them had shattered. Pieces were flying about, some started charging towards him. Travis held up his hand and created mini force fields to protect himself from the oncoming debris. They bounced off it and into the opposite direction, and as soon as it all stopped he turned back to the man who caused it.
He stood there, amongst the thick smoke with a blank expression. People were running out screaming, and the surrounding walls continued to fall. His name was Titian, a name he would surely remember. If he kept going on like this then most likely he would just take down more buildings. Travis did like fighting, but not when it involved so many innocent people. It was inevitable, but he had to do something. And to make matters worse, Titian was taunting him. Travis smirked, and then he held out his arm behind him. It was like he was ready to pitch a baseball, and with a quick motion he swung his hand out and towards Titian. What followed was a large piece of debris, aiming to get him at his back. And then Travis held both his arms back behind his head, and swung them forward bringing more pieces of debris. It had been a while since he used his power like this, but it was thrilling. He was not letting this guy get away from him.

Titian wasn't going to sit with Travis in an alleyway that as about to get covered in the building but when he was hit in the back of the head with a rock her stumbled, then turned to see a whole wall of rocks coming at him. "oh crap..." he said to himself before putting both palms up and closing his fists, sending the rocks to ash. He sighed a bit then frowned, Travis... it was like a bell was ringing but he couldn't find it, or even hear it clearly. Maybe he had heard it while he was escaping- no... couldn't have been.
He went back to the fight. He didn't want to remember...anything from that day, or that year, or that lifetime. He had started over and he would not worry about those things. He shook when he used his powers to try and take out the second floor. He didn't concentrate enough, and he cried out quickly. Then he regained his composure and faced Travis again.
