Scanning a piece of the formula which rested on the top of the pile of files and folders in her arms, Morgan headed towards the main building of Division One Headquarters. Failure was something she would never become accustomed to, so this formula took up the majority of her life, making her very thankful for her insomnia. As she imagined was the same for most of her colleagues, she rarely thought about anything that didn't have to do with this. After so many failed attempts, it had become an obsession. After all, they didn't actually enjoy killing subject after subject... it was just an unfortunate job requirement.
She balanced the papers easily as she opened the door, her routine thankfully aiding in her agility. After the last time she'd dropped her files on her way in (wasting a good hour of her life with sorting), she wasn't too keen to let it happen again. Of course, it would probably be better to start all over rather than continuously tweak the old failures... Still, time was precious, and they would soon run out; she couldn't be wasting it on silly things like that.
Morgan headed for the elevator to make her way to the office rather than the stairs (which was her preferred path), opting to spend as little time with her paperwork as possible. Today was going to have to be the day for a breakthrough (as was yesterday... and the day before...)
